Terms of Service

1. The service

Afterglow by dollhouse lets you listen to shared radio stations and archived AI-generated recordings. When available, account features let you create and tune stations, choose a display name, save favorites, follow DJs, and share station or song links. The archive-playback launch does not require new generation and does not promise a fresh song for every play.

These are proposed terms for operator approval. The operator’s legal identity, jurisdiction, eligibility/age rules and effective date remain to be confirmed. This draft does not establish a contract or represent that the service has launched.

2. Accounts and public stations

Use an account you are entitled to control. Do not impersonate another person, try to acquire someone else’s original account, or bypass access controls. Google sign-in and the signed original-account connection establish identity; an email address, copied display name or shared link does not confer ownership.

New stations are public by default. Names, public descriptions, DJ bylines, available recordings and lyrics may be discovered, shared and downloaded. Review station visibility and the Privacy Policy before adding content. You are responsible for information you choose to put into public fields. Private musical directions are processed to provide the service and may be sent to configured providers.

3. Your material and generated music

Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not submit secrets, another person’s private information without permission, infringing material, or instructions to misuse the service. You keep whatever rights you hold in your own material. As a proposed service permission, you allow the operator and its configured providers to process and store that material to supply Afterglow, and to display or deliver the content you choose to publish.

AI-generated music and lyrics may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other material or subject to third-party claims. Afterglow does not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, ownership or that a generated recording is cleared for a particular use. References to artists are musical preferences, not endorsements or permission to copy their work.

A playback, download or share button is not a blanket commercial-use license. Commercial rights in the configured music-model pipeline and existing recordings have not been established for this launch. Retained model-weight notices include non-commercial terms; the operator must review their applicability and any other required permissions. These terms do not manufacture missing rights or authorize commercial exploitation. Seek an explicit rights determination before using recordings commercially or outside the service.

4. Appropriate use and availability

Do not attack the service, circumvent authentication or generation limits, interfere with another listener’s data, or use Afterglow unlawfully. Send concerns about content or access to divanny@dollhouse.ai. The proposed operator policy is to investigate reports and restrict abusive access where appropriate; an automated moderation or takedown system is not promised.

Features, recordings and generation capacity may be unavailable, interrupted or changed. Archives can replay. There is no guaranteed uptime, output quality, generation speed or permanent availability of a recording. No subscription price, paid music license, refund schedule or unlimited generation allowance is established by this draft.

5. Changes, removal and account requests

Available station controls can change visibility or delete a station when writes are enabled. Deletion is not guaranteed to remove every worker artifact, backup or third-party download. There is no current one-click erase-all-account feature. Use the deletion-request instructions in the Privacy Policy; signing out, unlinking an original account and revoking Google access are different from deleting your data.

The proposed permission to display your material follows your publication choice, subject to technical copies and applicable obligations described in the Privacy Policy. The operator must approve retention and removal procedures before these terms take effect. Nothing in this draft removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

This draft deliberately does not invent a company address, governing-law clause, arbitration agreement or deletion deadline.
